After accidentally locking myself out of my home, I called them, and they arrived within 30 minutes, fully equipped and ready to help. Israel was courteous, explained the process clearly, and managed to unlock my door without causing any damage. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and how they ensured my security system was intact after completing the work. On top of their excellent service, their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the high level of expertise and efficiency they provided. Houdini Locksmith was a lifesaver when all other options were either too expensive, or were giving me too long of a waiting period. The communication was quick, clear, and transparent. Setting up a time and place was SO EASY, as this service is mobile, and comes with it's own workspace, allowing them to work virtually anywhere a vehicle can be parked. Finally, along with the stupendous service, the prices are more than fair, and the products provided are high quality. I ultimately used them for two services: Car key replacement (door, ignition, trunk) and a full mailbox lock and key replacement. I can’t believe how lucky I was to check one more time and found Houdini Locksmith before going to another location and would have paid twice as much. I had called around to many places weeks ago and decided to wait before paying so much money to have one key made. The prices around town were astronomical for my type of key for a ELANTRA Hyundai. I decided against it hoping my lost keys would reappear. They did not so I was forced to go to one of the places I had found. Luckily I tried searching one more time and found Houdini. So cheap compared to others. Israel works from his home and was quick and efficient. Most places were $200 for just the key. He was 120 and I received the fob with it. Fantastic! ~ Jay S

My car key broke this morning. I spent about 3 hours trying to find someone to help. The people I spoke with told me that repair wasn't possible. Just as I was considering calling a tow truck to bring my car home, I saw Israel on the road. I explained the situation to him. While everyone else was saying they couldn’t help, he immediately said, 'Let’s go, we’ll make a new key.' He didn’t hesitate at all. He took care of all the issues and delivered the new key to me in no time. It was an amazing experience. I just wanted to thank him. Israel was on time, replaced my lock in under 10 minutes, had the lowest service call and labour rates among his competitors, and was customer service focused during the installation. He asked me if I was 100% satisfied with the installation and then adjusted and readjusted the angle of the lock until I told him I was completely happy with the installation results. He was able to be onsite the day after I called him because Houdini Locksmith has a 24/7 call centre and he made sure to follow up on the day of the appointment to confirm. Easily five stars and I highly recommend you consider Houdini Locksmith when you shop around for a locksmith. ~ David P

Israel was excellent! I had a complicated alarm system in my car-unfortunately the alarm still worked but the fob was breaking down and they don't make them anymore. It was on it's last legs. I was worried at some point that I would be somewhere and my fob wouldn't work-then I can get in my car-the alarm will go off but it locks the engine and I wouldn't be able to get home. So it was time. He came within hours of me calling, he disabled the alarm (lots of wired-it looked complicated, he was pleasant and he even had a cool interact machine so I could pay with my card. Out of the blue, my car keys weren't turning in the ignition, so I couldn't turn my car on. I contacted Houdini early in the morning, and was able to book an appointment right away. Israel showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained what needed to be done, charged exactly the price quoted beforehand, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. Great Service! The service was excellent! It was a challenging job—the knob was completely broken, and the door was impossible to open. The technician arrived, opened the door, and installed a smart WiFi lock efficiently. However, there was an issue with the handle that comes with the smart WiFi lock. It worked well when the door was open and from the inside, but from the outside, you had to pull it hard to open it. I contacted Houdini, and they scheduled a visit for the week after to ensure everything works perfectly. The technician came again as scheduled and now is 100% fixed. I've used Houdini Locksmith twice, and have received great service both times. The first time, I needed a new key/fob for my Honda Pilot. Israel (the owner) answered promptly and arranged to come to my place right away. His fees were more competitive than every other company I called, and the convenience of him coming to me made the process smooth and efficient. Later on, I had an issue with my ignition, a common problem in older Honda vehicles, and Israel was able to come within an hour and fix it on the spot. My car’s remote stopped working recently, and after trying a new battery (no result) and calling a couple businesses who were able to order and maybe(!) fix the issue “after tomorrow”, “next week”.., I’ve decided to ask Israel for help (I wasn’t sure if he specialized also in fobs and transmitters as he helped us with other issues before). Best experience! Arrived at my home in less than an hour after calling and fixed my car fobs in minutes. I was charged much less than expected as I had spoken previously to my car dealership and 3 other locksmith companies for estimates - all giving me repair and service prices hundreds of dollars more. Had problems with my key fobs for my jeep wrangler . I was pleasantly surprised with his pricing as dealer was trying to rob me . When I showed up he was so easy to deal with and so professional . Called Israel of Houdini Locksmith for an unusual job - adding locks to two balcony doors with large and heavy gliding floor-to-ceiling glasses. It needed quite a bit drilling and cutting on metal frames. He was able to prepare parts and got the job done on the 2nd day. Despite of one door & its handle being of fashion older than the other door, Israel was resourceful enough to solve the problem quickly. I called Houdini Locksmith this morning and within an hour Israel was at my home to replace a lever door handle and while he was doing that he noticed that the hinge on the door was very loose and he took the time to fix that for me as well at no charge! He did an adjustment for my balcony door lock too. Israel is polite and knows his business. Quick and efficient. I will definitely call Houdini again if I need and I highly recommend them! Holy crap, the fella did my Nissan Frontier 1999 truck replacement of my lost keys (lost in Downtown lol) anyways took less than 10 minutes and I just showed him my ID and my registration. Costed me just under $300 so VERY happy with my two keys! 5/5 definitely call him, he came to me in 30 minute and did the whole job in under 10 minutes. He came directly to my parking lot.
